How are you able to provide the websites so cheap?
We can offer affordable websites because of how we build them. Our clients do not pay for software licenses, which many other agencies charge for each year. We also use a simple, proven process that lets us build websites quickly, so we do not charge by the hour. This means you are not paying for our time, extra tools, or behind-the-scenes costs, just a simple website at a fair price.
Do you offer a refund ?
Yes, we offer refunds based on the project stage. You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel before the website is first sent to you for review. If you have already reviewed the website, but it has not launched yet, we provide a 50% refund. Once the website is launched, we do not offer a refund. Any additional product or service such as domains, maintenance plans, and hosting plans are non-refundable, but can be canceled at any time.
Can you make changes to the website in the future?
Yes, we handle website edits, and we are the best people to do it. We built your website, so we know it better than anyone else. Most edits are finished in 15 minutes or less. After your site is live, we can make changes like updating text, images, videos, or files, changing colors or logos, adding new pages, and more. We recommend contacting us for edits before hiring another company.
Edits after launch are billed at $75 per hour in 15-minute increments. The average edit costs about $18.
Is website hosting included?
Website hosting is not included in our website packages. If you do not already have hosting, we can set it up for you through IONOS, an affordable hosting service that costs $8 per month. This is much less than many other hosting services. We will create your account and connect your website to the host at no extra cost. If you already have hosting, we will build your website on your server.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes, our website maintenance service is designed to keep your website running smoothly, with no down time. Our maintenance service is a monthly subscription and you can cancel and resume at anytime. Our website maintenance service is $20/month and you can cancel at any time.
